• Review order details and print paperwork

• Verify that freight matches the BOL before loading

• Ensure freight is strapped down and secured with Etracs.

• Take pictures and send confirmation of pick-up

• Enable tracking (as requested)

• Send customer estimated time of arrival (ETA)

• Successfully deliver loaded shipment

• Get signatures for confirmation of delivery receipt

• Take pictures of unloaded freight and signed paperwork

• Send proof of delivery (POD)
